Warm-up: 3 Rounds 75 lb Squat Snatch - 5 DU - 50
Strength/Skill: 5-4-3-2-1 OH Squat
Met-Con: 5 Rounds Run - 560 meters 135 lb Front Squat - 10 24" Box Jump - 20
PR'd on the Overhead Squat. My lower back is still really tight from Deadlifts this week. Had to switch from Squat Cleans to Front Squats. My back slowed me down quite a bit in the met-con.
Overhead Squat: 95x5, 115x4, 135x3, 155x2, 165x1
