Weighted Pull-up - 5x5
High Pull - 2x12-15

    Met-Con: 27:36

    PR'd on the Overhead Squat.
    My lower back is still really tight from Deadlifts this week. Had to switch from Squat Cleans to Front Squats. My back slowed me down quite a bit in the met-con.
