Acronyms:

WOD = Workout of the Day
Met-Con = Metabolic Conditioning (high intensity cardio or interval training)
ME = Max Effort
AMRAP = As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible
EMOTM = Every Minute On The Minute (start a round every minute)
10-8-9-7 = one set of 10 reps, 1 set of 8 reps, 1 set of 9 reps, one set of 7 reps. Can be any number combination...
BW = Body Weight
OH = Over Head
DB = Dumbbell
