Incline Bench Press - 3RM
Incline Bench Press RP sets - 3xFailure
Perfect Pushups - 1xFailure

Shoulder Press - 2x4-6
Push Press - 1x8-12
DB Side Raise - 1x12-15

Superset:
Weighted Ring Dips - 3x8-12
OH Tri Extension - 3x8-12

Situps - 1x50
