  1. I did 45 thrusters in the 3 min and then I forgot to time my run...

  2. Last night we had the missionaries over for dinner and I told them they could come workout with me in the mornings. They actually came today and did 15 min AMRAP of 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats. They really liked it and are going to come regularly.

  3. HAVING THEM THERE WHILE YOU WORKOUT COULD GET CROWDED AND INTERFERE WITH YOUR WORKOUTS

  4. I know. But I can try to work it out to where we don't interfere with each other. Plus, I'm glad to be able to help them out.

  5. By the way. Make sure you move your head back when you press up on the Thrusters. I didn't move my head back far enough on one of the reps and cut my chin open with the bar...

  6. I started with Push Press acciddentally, I was up to 50 reps before realizing I needed to switch to thrusters. I also completed a 1 1/4 miles in 6:50 min.
