Hang Squat Clean @ 80% of 1RM Clean - 7x2

STRENGTH: (12 min)
Back Squat - 5 @ 80%, 4 @ 85%, 3+ @ 90% of 1RM

CONDITIONING: (6 min)
ISABEL
135 lb Snatch - 30
