Kneeling Snatch (PVC) - 2x5
Split Jerk @ 55% 1RM - 5x3

CONDITIONING:
4 Rounds for Max Reps
Chest to Bar Pull-up - 1 min
HSPU - 1 min
Deadlift - 1 min
Rest - 1 min

Note: Time WOD with a continuous running clock. Transitions must be fast.
