Well, I did CINDY last Thursday, and got 21 + 5 + 10.Did CINDY today, and did worse! 21 flat. I must not have fully recovered. But still not bad for me considering.
25 rds and 1 PU.
25 Rounds + 5 pull-ups + 10 push-ups + 5 squats.This is a PR by over 4 rounds for me. Thank you Jeremy for pushing me!
That is 130 Pull-ups, 260 Push-ups, and 380 Squats.
