If you guys want to come over to my house to do the workout together, let me know and we can coordinate a time. There is a really good hill for Hill Sprints close to my house.

    I completed 10 Rounds of the 150m Hill Sprints:
    24" Box Jumps: 55
    Toes 2 Bar: 1 min 6 sec
