ME Work:
Weighted Pull-ups - 1RM
Weighted Pull-ups RP - 3xFailure

Met-Con:
5 Rounds for Time
185 lb Bent Over Row - 10
75 lb Hang Squat Snatch - 10
24" Box Jumps - 10

Assistance:
Towel Pull-ups - 2x12-15
Double Bar/Close Grip Commando Pull-up - 1x15+
Toes to Ceiling - 3x10

Notes:
I am doing a Back ME day to give my legs and lower back a rest from heavy lifting.
