ReplyDeleteI tried to start out with full-HSPU's but I can't do them. So it slowed me down tremendously. So I switched to a build up approach. I got lower as m;y shoulders got worked in, but still not far enough to count as a rep in competition! Dang it! lol. Will have to work on this over the next 1.5 months. :)

I spent a good amount of time working the Snatch. I also did some more muscle-ups and successfully strung 2 muscle-ups together in a row.
I warmed up with butterfly pull ups & muscle up practice.
