Notes:
50 lb Double KB Push Press - I recently bought another 50 lb KB. I will be doing the Push Press with both of the KB's, totalling 100 lbs. If you don't have 2 KB's, do 115 lb Push Press with the barbell.

Guys this has been a rough week for workouts for me. A lote of things going on, and now the weekend in Moses Lake! Monday is definitely a do over for a 5x5 workout week!....I did do "Cindy" as a improvised workout, and got a PR of 21 rounds, +5 PU +10 Pushups. :)
