225 lb Deadlift - 15
30" Box Jump - 25
Pull-up - 50
20 lb Wall Ball - 100
DU - 200
45 lb Plate Run - *560 meters
Notes:
I modified the original workout by changinge the run from 400 meters to 560 meters.

    The Wall Balls were killer! I had a hard time adjusting to my new jump rope and carrying the weight on the run was rough. Good workout that showed me some of my weaknesses.
