Strength:
Back Squats - 5x5

Met-Con:
4 Rounds for Time:
135 lb Squat Clean - 5
Chest to Bar Pull-ups - 10
30" Box Jumps - 15

Notes:
Work up to your 5 RM on your Back Squat.
