Fran:

95 lb Thrusters
Pull-ups

Assistance:
Shoulder Press - 5x5
Weighted Dips - 3x6-8

  1. I PR'd on my Fran time and got 3 min 8 sec! That is 36 seconds faster than my last time. I was so anxious before doing it that I was shaking. I was dead afterwards. I felt like I was going to pass out and throw up for about 15 minutes.
    Doing these benchmark workouts and being able to see our progress is awesome and motivating.

  2. Rest as long as you need after doing Fran and doing the Assistance work. I waited about 25 minutes. I did Fran and then helped the missionaries in their workout. When they were done, I started my Shoulder Press.

  3. PR FRAN 3:49. LEFT WITH THROBING FOREARMS AND NO GRIP FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES.
