Met-Con: 3 Rounds for Time 95 lb OH Squat - 10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups - 20
Assistance: 1 Arm Inverted Row - 2x6-10 1.5 min Ab Planks - 2 sets

I had a really hard time doing the Chest to Bar pull-ups after doing Muscle-Ups. I need to work on my Chest to Bars...
