95 lb OH Squat - 10
Chest to Bar Pull-ups - 20

Assistance:
1 Arm Inverted Row - 2x6-10
1.5 min Ab Planks - 2 sets

    1 Arm Inverted Row: LH-6,6 / RH-6,6
    Ab Planks: 1.5 min, 1.5 min

    I had a really hard time doing the Chest to Bar pull-ups after doing Muscle-Ups. I need to work on my Chest to Bars...
