10/5/11 - ENDURANCE
For Time Run - 500 meter 20 lb Wall Ball - 20 Run - 500 meter DU - 100 Run - 500 meter 95 lb Sumo Deadlift High Pull - 20 Run - 1 mile
I did 560m laps and a 1.25 mile run.

I did the Wall Balls, DU's, ad SDHP's unbroken. I think that was my first time to do 100 DU's unbroken.
My distances were the same as Jeff's
