95 lb Sumo Deadlift High Pull - 20
Run - 1 mile

  1. I did 560m laps and a 1.25 mile run.

    Met-Con: 20 min 6 sec
    Upright Rows: 95x10,10,12

    I did the Wall Balls, DU's, ad SDHP's unbroken. I think that was my first time to do 100 DU's unbroken.
